1) Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the rainwater drainage system in ul. Dworcowa, which should include the construction of a pre-treatment device (rainwater treatment plant) along with accompanying works in the area of ​​the intersection of ul. Dworcowa from ul. Kodnick. Additionally, in accordance with the design documentation, the existing storm sewage network should be reconnected to the newly built separator located at ul. Kodnicka. The works will be carried out as part of the task entitled: Reconstruction of the storm sewage system in street Dworcowa and Kodnicka.2) The contractor is obliged to carry out the works in accordance with the provisions of the contract. 3) Required warranty and warranty period for the works performed: 60 months from the day following the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of construction works covered by a given order.4) A detailed description of the execution and acceptance of the works is specified in the Description of the subject of the order with the content of ATTACHMENT No. 7 to the SWZ, the terms of execution of the order included in the contract constituting ATTACHMENT No. 6 to the SWZ and the Design Documentation constituting ATTACHMENT No. 2 to SWZ (Appendix No. 1 to OPZ). 5) If the order documents indicate in relation to some materials...
