Tender Details
The subject of the public contract is construction work - the reconstruction of the sports area of the football lawn in the design of the drainage and irrigation system, the fence, the area lighting and the modifications of paved areas. The place of realization is the stadium in the locality Olšinky (Dvořákovo nábřeží street). In accordance with Section 105 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority reserves the right to require a part of the work solely a selected supplier. Definition of significant activities that cannot be carried out through other persons: o SO 02 Drainage system + surface renewal with the exception of demolition work, import and removal of building materials or extracted materials to landfill and similar preparatory and support work within this SO. The contracting authority's requirement is targeted to laying the structural layers of the sports area and the drainage system exclusively by the selected supplier.
