Brief description of the subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the Sports and Recreation Center. Construction works should be performed in accordance with the design documentation, i.e.: Plot development design. The basis for estimating the lump sum price is project documentationand supplemented with the provisions of SWZ.3.2. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of submitting partial offers. 3.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 3.4. The Ordering Party does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous offer from the possibility of conducting negotiations.3.5. Description of the orderThe order includes:Reconstruction of the Sports and Recreation Center consisting in the installation of new small architectural devices in a public place. The documentation describes the subject of the order, and the requirements specified in at least one place are binding on the Contractor as if they were included in the entire documentation. The contractor may not useerrors or omissions in the documents, and should immediately notify the Ordering Party of their detection, who will make appropriate changes and corrections. Before submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to make a site visit to the construction site, including measuring the works involved...
