Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the Skpe - Huta municipal road.2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the documentation design/technical specification, which constitutes Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. Annex No. 7 to the SWZ is only of auxiliary nature in relation to the design/technical documentation and is intended to determine the type of works included in the order, the Contractor is obliged to determine the full scope of works on the basis of the design/technical documentation.4. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the design/technical documentation, specification technical execution and acceptance of works, currently applicable construction law, other applicable regulations, Polish Standards and construction art.
