The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task called: Reconstruction of the skate park at the sports complex at Primary School No. 92 in Gdańsk. as part of the Citizens' Budget 2024 and 2025. The scope of the order includes the reconstruction of the skate park sports complex at Primary School No. 92 in Gdańsk as part of the Citizens' Budget 2024 and 2025. The area covered by the investment is located in Gdańsk in the Zaspa Myniec district on plot No. 79/4 of precinct 033, which is managed and maintained by the Primary School Management No. 92 at ul. Startowa 9 (hereinafter referred to as the School Management). The area is developed. The plot already includes elements of a sports complex consisting of, among others: a pitch, an outdoor gym, a roller rink, a tennis court, a skate park and parkour. In addition, the area is equipped with pedestrian routes, street furniture and lighting. 2.
