The facility in which the investment is planned is a building erected in the 1970s century as a first-story building, with a basement with a flat roof in traditional brick technology, with internal installations: water and sewage, electricity and central heating. Due to the fact that the pneumatic shooting range was located on the first floor to enable disabled people wheelchair users need to build a passenger elevator to use the shooting range.3.
