Reconstruction of ship access infrastructure in Basin V of the Port of Gdynia 1. The subject of the order consists of two parts. Part A involves construction works involving the implementation of a project called: "Expansion of access infrastructure for ships in Basin V - Phase 2”, based on for design documentation no. 12350 (PRM) / 03.236.2022 (TGD) and construction permit no. 45/2025/AN of April 28, 2025. Part B involves the design and then execution of the construction works described in the program functional and utilitarian titled: "Reconstruction of the Rumuńskie Quay including with the road and railway surface and supplying ships with electricity from land at the Romanian Quay and the United States" along with obtaining all required decisions administrative. Both parts, hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of the Order", should be implemented based on the BIM requirements specified in the Employer's Information Requirements for the Project - EIR constituting Annex No. 15 to the SWZ. Due to the need to maintain continuity port's work in the field of handling ro-ro ships, all work is divided into stages.
