The order covers the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of a section of district road No. 1202C (uby) gr. voivodeship Axes approximately 1.6 km long. Traffic category: KR1. The scope of the reconstruction includes, among others: - Preparatory works - Street elements: Reconstruction of the existing sidewalk - Roadways - Exits and intersections - Road markings and traffic safety devices - Finishing works A detailed description of the subject of the order, a description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: - offer cost estimate Attachment No. 5 to SWZ - contract template Attachment No. 6 to SWZ - design documentation Attachment No. 7 to SWZ - SST - Attachment No. 8 to SWZAll requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
