The subject of the plant includes the reconstruction of the Public Primary School No. 1 in Dynow, in Zwizku with the creation of a municipal facial ward in Dynow, as part of the task of rebuilding the premises of the public ground floor of the Public Primary School No. 1 in Dynow, along with changes in the way of use for the needs of urban in Dynow.
