A brief description of the procurement: Tallinn City Property Department (hereinafter the contracting authority) invites you (hereinafter the tenderer) to submit an tender for an open procurement procedure for a public procurement aimed at ordering the reconstruction of the roofs of social and municipal houses (hereinafter contract or construction). The objects to be repaired are the building owned by the City of Tallinn (Nursing Home 15; Nursing Home tee 23; Nursing Home tee 23a). Reconstruction of the roofing of buildings (bitumen and PVC roller material), including installation of new slopes and insulation layers.
