Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the task titled: Reconstruction of roads in Worliny (section No. 1, section No. 2). The subject of the order is hereinafter referred to as the object or subject of the order.2. As part of the project, it is planned to: preparatory works, substructures, surfaces, finishing works, traffic safety devices, street elements.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order in this procedure is included in the design documentation, Technical Specifications and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), bills of quantities, SWZ, contract template with annexes. 4. The contractor will perform the subject of the order on the basis of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), tender specifications together with annexes, questions and answers provided during the public procurement procedure and bills of quantities, as well as applicable detailed and construction regulations, including the warranty and warranty periods.
