2.1 The subject of the order is the reconstruction of roads in the town of Pywia, commune. Godzianw. The scope includes two sections of internal roads and one section of a municipal public road. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1. Subject of the order also includes, among others: organizing the construction site and carrying out the works, organizing and carrying out the necessary acceptances and completing documentation covering the scope of the works covered by the subject of the order, tidying up the construction site after the works are completed and handing it over to the Ordering Party no later than the date of final acceptance, preparing as-built documentation, performing annual inspections of the subject of the contract, within the dates agreed with the Ordering Party, during the warranty period, preparing documentation photographic stages of the task implementation, which will be presented to the Ordering Party upon final acceptance, arranging all formalities, permits and acceptances, obtaining the arrangements, permits and decisions required by law, developing a temporary organization traffic within the scope of work, introduction of permanent traffic organization.
