The public procurer shall conclude s to the successful tenderer the Framework agreement, while the public procurer will issue an order to the successful tenderer for the execution of reconstruction works, always separately for roads or other reinforced areas specified in the given order. The public procurement order will be contain: a) determination of the exact place of delivery of part of the subject of the contract by indicating the identification of the road or other paved areas, b) determination of the scope of ordered construction works, c) deadline for delivery of part of the subject of the contract, d) project documentation, measurement report, decisions, announcements, statements and opinions of the authorities concerned. When fulfilling the order, the successful bidder must comply with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, relevant technical standards and other regulations determining the technical requirements for the subject orders, at least Technical and qualitative parameters for compacted asphalt mixtures TKP 6 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic and Catalog sheets of asphalt mixtures KLAZ 1/2019 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic, respectively legal regulations, technical standards and other regulations supplementing, changing or replacing them.
