The subject of the order is construction work for the reconstruction of roads or other paved areas owned or managed by a public contractor based on project documentation. The public procurer concludes with a successful one framework agreement to the bidders, while the public procuring agent issues an order to the successful bidder for the execution of reconstruction works, always separately for roads or other paved areas specified in the given order. The public procurement order will contain: a) determination of the exact place of delivery of part of the subject of the contract by indicating the identification of roads or other paved surfaces, b) determination of the scope of ordered construction works, c) deadline for delivery of part of the subject of the contract, d) project documentation, measurement report, decisions, announcements, statements and opinions of the concerned bodies.2. When fulfilling the order, the successful applicant must comply with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, relevant technical standards and other regulations determining the technical requirements for the subject of the order, at least Technical and qualitative parameters for compacted asphalt mixtures TKP 6 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic and Catalog sheets of asphalt mixtures KLAZ 1/2019 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic, respectively legal regulations, technical standards and other regulations supplementing, changing or replacing them. In the case of the issuance of a decision, opinion or announcement by the relevant public authority relating to the implementation of a part of the subject of the contract based on the order of the public procurer, the successful bidder is obliged to comply with the obligations, conditions or restrictions resulting from the said decision, opinion or notification of the relevant public authority. 3.
