The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works on the reconstruction of road II/554, the condition of which does not meet the current traffic load and the conditions imposed on road traffic safety. The project documentation is divided into two stages. The subject of this contract is the first stage. Road II/554 is impassablein terms of driving quality and safety, and it is necessary to address its extension to road parameters II. classes of category C 7.5/60(50) and C 6.5/50. Deficiencies related to damage to the road, insufficient safety equipment, insufficient drainage of surface water are registered on individual sections.h of water, missing niches of bus stops, etc. The construction deals with the reconstruction of road II/554. It is located in the district of Vranov nad Topľou and in the district of Humenne, between the villages of Ondavske Matiašovce and Košarovce. The subject of the contract in the first stage are two sections:

- Section no. The 1st section begins in the village of Ondavske Matiašovce vstation at km 45, 627 and ends in the village

Žalobin at the station at km 50, 017, the length of the 1st section is 4, 388 km,

- Section no. The 4th section begins and ends in front of the village of Jasenovce at the station at km 53.690 53.795, the length of the 4th section is 0.105 km. The construction and technical condition of the road is in an unsatisfactory condition. Road II/554is managed by the public contracting authority - Administration and maintenance of roads of the Prešov self-governing region, Vranov nad Topľou area.
