1. The subject of the order is - in accordance with the technical documentation and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works - reconstruction of the culvert under the district road No. 2912 S, which is currently used to carry excess water from the water reservoir to drainage ditch located in the forest area of ​​the Rudziniec Forest District. The culvert is used to carry water from the reservoir towards the Wibska Woda stream. The culvert is marked with the registration number JNI 01015147 along the district road 2912 S in km 0+510 in Dbrwka (Hubertus Staw). 2. Construction works will be performed on the basis of construction permit No. 604/22 of November 29, 2022 (WAB. 6740.8.00037.2022)3. The scope of works to be performed includes in particular: - demolition of the existing facility, including: access sections in front of and behind the facility - construction of a new culvert in place of the existing one - reconstruction of the road on the access roads to the facility - installation of a service duct - installation of H2/W2/B barrier rails with a handrail - placing height signs.4.
