Workshop part: 1. Dismantling radiators and pipes.2. Installation of new windows, gates and external and internal doors (one gate remains).3. Chipping off the plaster in the boiler room.4. Decontamination of walls and floors 5. Reconstruction of plasters in the boiler room.6. Blocking up some of the holes on the windows.7. Repair of plasters on the building's facade. In accordance with the arrangements with the investor, renovation of plasters and floors inside the workshop building is not planned. Social and office area: 8.
