1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of part of the Amicus Student House, located at ul. Chopina 55 in Szczecin, including: 1) Execution of the following construction works in the Build:a formula. Reconstruction of kitchen rooms - scope I and II - works carried out on the basis of a building permit; b. Reconstruction of rooms, works that do not require a building permit.2) Execution of construction works in the Design and Build formula, including the modernization of 3 passenger lifts with the adaptation of shafts, engine rooms and modernization the accompanying infrastructure;3) Service and maintenance of passenger lifts in the period from taking over the construction site for the purposes of carrying out construction works in the scope of modernization of 3 passenger lifts until the expiry of the warranty period granted by the Contractor.2.
