Brief description of the tender: Reconstruction of quay no. 4 of Heltermaa port in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of the public procurement. Duration of the contract: - the start date of the procurement contract is the date of signing the procurement contract (depends on the public procurement procedure progress, expected start date no later than the last day of validity of offers 22.07.2026); - The deadline for starting work on the construction site is 24.08.2026 (earlier start of work on the construction site is not allowed); - Period of execution of works (execution time) the end date is 28.09.2026 (in the basic data of the procurement, 2 months have been added to the above-mentioned date for the submission of the last invoice and the payment, the expected end date is 28.11.2026); - the warranty period (warranty period) is 730 calendar days.
