1.1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of a public municipal road in the scope of construction of a bicycle path to the administrative borders of the Midzyrzecz Commune as part of the task titled: Development of bicycle transport in the Midzyrzecz commune.1.2. The scope of the investment includes reconstruction municipal road (former national road No. 3) on the section from the border of the Wiebodziski Miedzyrzecki poviat to the village of Nietoperek in the scope of construction of a bicycle path in the road, i.e.: - construction of a bicycle path on the section from km 0+000 to km 6+460, - construction of a sidewalk on the section from km 1+720 to km 1+865 in the town of Kaawa - reconstruction of exits, - construction of culverts for bicycle paths at km 0+271, 0+734.50, 1+037, 2+368, 3+020.50, 3+937, 4+636.50, 50 cm long L=4.5-5.0m - reconstruction of the culvert at km 6+336.
