The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the construction of a playground in the town of Psary Polskie on the plot with geod. unit no. 263/1.2. Scope of the order: - earthworks (trenching) with removal of 36 m3; - installation of geotextile filtration fabric- separation 141 m2; - shock-absorbing layer of crushed sand, fraction 0.2-2 mm, without dusty parts, and clay, thick. 30 cm 119 m2;- delivery, assembly of a play set (slide, climbing wall, double swing swing, tunnel, tower) 1 set;- delivery, assembly of a fitness set type CUBES 1set;- delivery, assembly of the carousel 1 set;- delivery, assembly of the rocker on the spring 2 sets;- delivery, assembly of the benches 2 pcs;- delivery, assembly of the rubbish bin 1 pc;- delivery and assembly of the board with regulations 1 pc;- service surveying together with as-built surveying documentation, 1 set.
