1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of provincial road No. 719, including the reconstruction of traffic lights at the intersection with ul. Gobi in Podkowa Lena.2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in the Tender Documentation (Part III SWZ), in the Bill of Quantities work (Part IV SWZ) and in the General Conditions for contracts for the performance of construction works (Part V SWZ). The contractor is obliged to ensure, at its own expense, safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of ​​works covered by the contracts based on the design. traffic organization for the duration of construction prepared by and at the expense of the Contractor. 3. If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described.
