1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of provincial roads No. 615 and 617 in the scope of construction of lighting and active pedestrian crossings in the area of ​​Ciechanów in 11 locations (BOM No. 56/2020 and 120/2020).2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Tender documentation (Part III SWZ) and General Conditions for contracts for construction works (Part IV SWZ). If the occupation of the road lane will affect road traffic or limit visibility on the road or require changes to the existing organization of vehicle or pedestrian traffic to the extent not provided for in the temporary traffic organization designs made available by the ordering party. The Contractor should develop, at his own expense, a temporary traffic organization design to secure the works carried out in the lane road for the duration of the works in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 23, 2003 on detailed conditions for road traffic management and supervision over this ordinance (Journal of Laws No. 177, item 1729).
