Tender Details

1.1. The Customer instructs, and the Contractor undertakes, to carry out work on the reconstruction of the production premises in the area for stamping electric motor housings. Stage No. 5 - installation of a retaining wall and floors of the adjacent warehouse, according to address: Orenburg region, Mednogorsk, st. Motornaya, 1a, according to the technical specifications (Appendix No. 2 to this agreement) in accordance with the local estimate (Appendix No. 1 to this agreement) as specified in clause 3.1. term of this agreement, and The customer undertakes to accept the result of the work and pay for it. 1.2. The Contractor undertakes to perform all the work specified in clause 1.1 of this Agreement, either on its own or with the involvement of third parties. 1.3. All necessary materials to complete the work, specified in clause 1.1 is purchased by the Contractor.
