1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the playing field at the Primary School in Czaple, as part of the task: Construction of a playing field at the Czaple Primary School. The tender procedure is carried out for the third time.2. The investment task includes: works demolition works, construction of a new synthetic surface on a stone base, installation of gates, construction of pickets, assembly of small architectural objects, construction of a sidewalk and concrete architraves, construction of green areas.3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right apply for the award of the contract only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Pzp.4 Act. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ design documentation.5. The bill of quantities is included in Annex No. 2A to SWZ.6. Performer is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with all documents enabling acceptance of the investment.7.
