The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Reconstruction of the playground in Barczkowice including surveying services. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design documentation, bill of quantities and STWiOR constituting an annex to this contract. The Ordering Party allows the tolerance of the parameters of the devices indicated in the design documentation to be +/- 10%. Note: Due to the adopted nature of the Contractor's remuneration (lump sum), the bill of quantities of the work has only an information function and does not constitute the basis for price calculation by the Contractor.
