TECHNICAL TASK FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY WORKS Object: Address: Cherkasy, ave. CHERKASARKHPROEKT LLC / technical documents in the attachment Class of consequences: CC11. from 23.06.2025.- Building — 4 floors (including superstructure), total area ≈2, 775 m2, volume 9, 898.6 m³.- Facade — insulated, with decorative decoration and stained-glass windows.- Roof — flat, operated.- The project provides for the completion of the elevator shaft and the addition of the fourth floor. 1.1 The contractor must provide an offer to perform not the entire set of works according to the project, but only what is specified in this technical specification. 2. The main sections of work to be performed. 2.1. Preparatory and dismantling works - Dismantling of the existing roof. - Dismantling of all superstructures on the 3rd floor up to the design mark. - Dismantling of floor slabs above the staircase of the 3rd floor.- Dismantling of the existing external landscaping around the building in the places of earthworks.- Dismantling of the old concrete stairs of the central entrance. 2.2. sub-concrete, waterproofing and concrete foundations, backfilling with tamping. 2.3. of marches to the roof.- Construction of the elevator shaft (foundation, walls, floor, waterproofing, embedded parts).- Addition of the fourth floor (frame, walls, ceiling, roof).- Installation of a metal canopy above the main entrance. 3. 3 years.- To ensure the performance of all works in accordance with the current DBN and DSTU.- To use only certified equipment, machinery, tool.- Warranty for completed works — at least 3 years, after completion and handover of works.- When submitting a commercial offer, the contractor must take into account all necessary equipment (excavators, cranes, came up...
