The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, pos. 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" or "Pzp". The contract in question is a sectoral contract. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the order are included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, which constitute its integral part. 4.
