Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The subject of the order is the performance of works consisting in the reconstruction of office rooms on part of the first floor of the building of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk in accordance with the design documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR), and issued by administrative and conservation decisions. The reconstruction mainly involves demolishing some of the partition walls between the rooms and inserting new ones, demolishing two new door openings in the load-bearing wall on the side of the main corridor and bricking up one. The new arrangement of walls will also involve adapting the internal installations of these rooms: heating, lighting, electrical and telecommunications installations. Additionally, the new electrical and telecommunications installation will run through a new hole in the wall border of the Great Armory to the server room. The scope of works includes in particular: demolition works, execution of reinforced concrete works in terms of lintels, installation of door joinery, construction of partition walls, plastering works (cement and lime plasters, plasters plastering, filling) painting works in accordance with the content of the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works of the industry...
