Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of works consisting in the reconstruction of the municipal road ul. Katowicka in Widwin, stage I. 2. The detailed scope of works is specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The scope of this procedure includes the reconstruction of the road on the entire section F-G and 15 meters on section C-E. The Contractor is also obliged to dismantle the existing 5 lighting poles and transport them to a place indicated by the Ordering Party, up to 3 km from the construction site. The contractor will be obliged to cut down the number of conflicting trees 29 pieces (black locust 9 pieces, small-leaved linden 10 pieces, mountain ash 5 pieces, birch 1 piece, climbing willow 4 pieces) and 26.5 m2 of common privet bushes. After felling, the wood obtained from the removed trees will become the property of the Contractor. After upon completion of the investment, the Ordering Party will issue the Contractor invoices for the harvested wood for the amount determined in accordance with the grading estimate, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
