3.1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of municipal road No. 170101 in the town of Walentowo3.2. The scope of works constituting the subject of the order includes primarily: Construction of the road surface, Construction of roadsides Execution of exits. In particular, the scope includes: measurement works, earthworks, construction of the foundation, construction of a bituminous surface, construction of a roadside made of crushed aggregate, execution of horizontal and vertical markings based on the design of the permanent organization traffic.3.3. The subject of the order also includes: organization of the construction site, development of documentation necessary for the proper organization and implementation of construction works, securing the construction site, carrying out necessary tests and tests, and carrying out surveying as-built documentation, tidying up the area after completion of the works.3.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of its implementation include: design documentation, permanent organization design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, contract template, bill of quantities work supporting document.
