Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task called: Reconstruction of municipal road No. 160515C. 2. The material scope of the works includes all works, activities and works necessary to complete the investment task. The works should be performed in accordance with project documentation constitute Appendix No. 1 to OPZ.3. Moreover, if in order to perform construction works falling within the scope of the subject of the order, it will be necessary to perform other works, activities, submit notifications or obtain decisions and permits, the contractor will perform these works and activities, submit notifications and obtain the necessary decisions and permits at your own expense and effort.4. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation are specified in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. Other terms and conditions execution of the order were specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.5. The task is co-financed from the Arable Land Protection Fund.
