The subject of the order is the performance of complete construction works covered by the design documentation, including the delivery of materials and equipment, commissioning of the installation, carrying out tests and tests, performing an as-built surveying inventory, obtaining the required industry acceptance and providing the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation. The investment is located in Konikowo, registration area 0069 Konikowo, Wieszyno commune. The documentation indicates plots no. 7, 9/20, 68/4, 8/52, 8/6, 8/9, 8/38, 8/51, 15/5, 576, 16/3 and 549. The spatial scope of works is determined by land development designs and industry drawings. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in point 3 of chapter. I SWZ and in the design documentation constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Its composition includes: a) construction permit with arrangements and opinions; b) detailed design; c) bill of quantities; d) detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB); e) geotechnical opinion.
