It is about a four-story articulated building with a flat roof, with one partially basement floor, two full-scale above-ground floors and one recessed third above-ground floor, which consists of a staircase and an elevator, from which it is possible to reach the roof 2nd floor. The reconstruction works will primarily include insulation of the perimeter plastic, replacement of the stress plastic with the creation of a green roof, reconstruction of the electrical installation, replacement of the heating system, installation of photovoltaic panels, air conditioning, retention rainwater tank. Barrier-free measures will include the replacement of the external pavement with a new one, the installation of a reinforced concrete ramp in the interior and the creation of a barrier-free toilet.
