Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the municipal access road in the town of Ksiniczki, commune. Michaowice on plots no.: 412/2, 412/3, covered by the application AB-V.6743.46.2026.AD (certificate No. AB-V.6743.3.171.2026.AD), hereinafter referred to as Investment.2. Subject of the order should be implemented in accordance with: 1) Project documentation (see No. 8 to the SWZ); 2) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) (see No. 9 to the SWZ); 3) Bill of quantities / Bid cost estimate (see No. 10 to the SWZ); 4) Designed provisions contract (PPU) (ref. No. 11 to SWZ);5) all arrangements, opinions, administrative decisions, 6) this Specification of Order Conditions.3. The above-mentioned documents are to be treated as complementary to each other.
