Reconstruction of the multi-purpose sports hall in Dubnica nad Vahom Description: The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of the existing sports hall, including related demolition work, construction modifications and modernization of the building's technical equipment. Part of the implementation is the smallest reconstruction of the perimeter plastic and stress construction of the building, management of internal spaces including the salon, sanitary facilities and stands, implementation of a new sports floor, as well as reconstruction and addition of the technical distribution of the building. The scope of the contract also includes the implementation of a new heat source using a heat pump system including the construction of drilled wells, areal distribution of well water and related technological equipment. The scope and technical solution of the construction are defined in detail in the project documentation prepared by the company HajPo, s.r.o. and Ing. arch. Vlasta Illievova-Santa, and is part of the competition documents and according to which the implementation will be carried out. The contractor is obliged to ensure the implementation of the work in accordance with the project documentation, applicable technical standards and legal regulations, including the provision of engineering network layout, execution of necessary tests and revisions, proper handling of waste and handing over the functional and operable work to the client. The contractor is entrusted with the obligation to ensure the implementation of all activities, works and measures resulting from the conditions stated in the building permit and from the binding opinions of the authorities concerned, by which the client is bound as a builder. All electronically delivered bids will be made available for opening in the specified bid opening period. The public procurer will electronically open the received bids and IS ePVO will automatically create and send the minutes from the opening of bids to all bidders who submitted a bid within the deadline for submitting bids. 22.5 The electronic opening of bids through the IS ePVO electronic platform means the use of the "On-line" functionality of making bids available to bidders, i.e. j. automatic creation and sending of opening minutes offers to all bidders who submitted an offer within the deadline for submitting offers. 22.6 The content of the minutes generated online will include the offer prices listed in the Proposal for fulfilling the criteria with findings according to § 52 par. 2 ZVO and other proposals for fulfilling criteria that can be expressed in numbers. 22.7 Offers submitted through IS ePVO will be made available to the public procurer only after the deadline for opening bids according to point 3.2 of this tender document has expired.
