1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of Mostowa and Bernatka streets in Skarysko-Kamienna as part of the investment task titled Reconstruction of Mostowa and Bernatka streets and obtaining a permit decision construction/Construction notification, obtaining a certificate of no objection to its implementation for the above-mentioned task.2. The preparation of design documentation was divided into the following stages: Stage I, which includes: a. Development of at least two road construction concepts. Stage II, which includes:a. Opracowanie kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla zadania wraz z uzyskaniem decyzji pozwolenia na budow/zgoszenie budowy uzyskanie zawiadczenia o braku sprzeciwu dla realizacji inwestycji.Etap III, ktry obejmuje:a. Obtaining final decision on the construction permit (or ZRID decision) and submission of complete Executive Documentation, STWiORB and Cost Estimates
