The subject of the performance of the public order is the services for the event "Reconstruction of the main building of the UMPRUM - Processing of project documentation for the construction of the IV. Floor. 2nd phase and the performance of author's supervision services" consisting in the performance of the performance phases: 1) design construction documentation for construction (DPS), 2) completion of the BIM model of the complex reconstruction of the main building of the UMPRUM nám. J. Palacha 80/3, Prague 1 3) creation of a list of works and supplies, including inspection evaluation (SPD); 4) documentation for changing the building before by completion (ZSPD) 5) Engineering activity for changes to the construction before completion (INŽ) 6) performance of copyright supervision services for the duration of construction; Project documentation that the selected applicant will prepare in accordance with the provisions of 283/2021 Coll. construction law in force wording, will be carried out on the basis of: a) Decision on permission for construction plan "UMPRUM revitalization stage 4" Prague 1, Staré Město no. 80, náměstí Jan Palacha 3 (object no. 80 - Immovable cultural monument Reg. no.
