The planned reconstruction changes the technical parameters of the facility within the scope of regulations fire protection. The tower will function as a viewing point. The Lubaska Tower was renovated in 2018 and is currently in good technical condition. The tower is a characteristic point of Lwwek lski. Located at the intersection of Kocielna and Orzeszkowa streets. The aim of the investment is to adapt the facility for visitors, which will function as a viewing point for the panorama of Lwwek lski, with the following indications: a) limited and limited access to the building; in the building is not planned more than 10 people staying at the same time; admission to the observation tower will be controlled in such a way that no more than 10 people will be in the facility at any one time, b) ensuring access to the building only when present and under the supervision of the facility's staff, c) training facility staff with the principles of evacuation, alarming and the use of fire protection systems and hand-held fire extinguishing equipment...
