Tender Details

The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of a contractor for construction works related to the reconstruction of an internal road located on plot No. 201/15 in Mochnaczka Wyna. The scope of the subject of the order includes the execution of the following work elements: 1) execution earthworks;2) mechanical construction of the river bed;3) construction of the lower foundation layer;4) construction of the upper foundation layer;5) construction of the asphalt road surface;6) reconstruction of the culvert. The scope of the order is specified in detail in the design documentation. Appendix No. 6 to SWZ and STWiORB Annex No. 7 to SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which constitute Annex No. 5 to SWZ. The contractor must offer at least a 5-year warranty period for physical defects and quality guarantee for the entire subject of the order.
