Reconstruction of the internal municipal road in the town of Miakw (plot no. 36). The description of the subject of the order (Documentation) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which consists of: technical design, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bill of quantities. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature and does not constitute the basis for the valuation of the offer. 2.2 Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order must be adapted for disabled people in accordance with Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Act. The Ordering Party requires free and safe movement for disabled people (the method of order fulfillment should ensure full accessibility and safety for these people). If in the documentation the tender contains references to specific names and standards, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions, i.e. if the Contractor finds that the names, national, European and international standards used in the SWZ (annexes to the SWZ) may indicate the producers or their source origin, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions in this respect.
