Reconstruction of the Hviezda boarding school - construction works Description: The subject of this order is construction work including the reconstruction of the Hviezda boarding school and the creation of a new functional use, which includes a combination of social, office and accommodation spaces for employees of the Slovak Ministry of Defense. The subject of the contract consists of the complete implementation of stress plastic, pre-set facade, contact insulation system, new interior staircase, revitalization of the existing staircase, repair and addition of damaged and inadequate load-bearing parts of ceilings, screeds, complete implementation of internal filling constructions (glazed walls, doors), floors, ceilings, soffits, partitions, plasters, facings, tiles, blind layers of individual floors in the building, paintings and coatings, insulation of the lower structure, completion of parking spaces in the basement and repair of the access ramp and retaining walls to the basement. The scope of the contract also includes the complete implementation of all distribution systems such as air conditioning, cooling, heating, water supply, sewage, EPS, HSP, MaR, SHZ, access control system, camera system, structured cabling, multimedia distribution, attendance system and delivery and installation of new elevators. The building will be connected to existing and reconstructed engineering networks: area water supply, HV connection and substation, information networks and area sewerage. All engineering networks are built as part of area distribution.
