Tender Details

1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ 1A Design documentation; 1B STWiOR; 1C Bill of Quantities. The Ordering Party excludes from the subject of the order the items of medical equipment specified in the sentence below. From the Bill of Quantities for the industry construction, the following items are deleted: 147, 153, 191, 192, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 207, 208. These items are not subject to valuation or obligation execution of their delivery. The contractor is obliged to do so after prior notice handed over the dismantled technical equipment to the Ordering Party: a vacuum unit and an air compressor along with the dismantled medical gas installation immediately after their disassembly, in a way that ensures their continued use after reassembly. receiving notification from the Contractor, the Ordering Party will indicate the storage place.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order constitutes integral and inseparable construction tasks that cannot be divided into parts.3.
