The subject of the order is the performance of construction works under the name "Reconstruction of hospital premises in order to create an Intensive Care Unit". A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - 1A Documentation design; 1B -STWiOR; 1C - Bill of quantities. The Ordering Party excludes from the subject of the order the items of medical equipment specified in the sentence below. The following items are deleted from the bill of quantities for the construction industry: 147, 153, 191, 192, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 207, 208. These items are not subject to valuation or the obligation to deliver them. The Contractor is obliged, after prior notice, to provide the Ordering Party with the technical equipment obtained from disassembly: vacuum unit and air compressors together with the dismantled medical gas installation immediately after their disassembly, in a way that ensures their continued use after reassembly. After receiving the notification from the Contractor, the Ordering Party will indicate the place storage.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order constitutes integral and inseparable construction tasks that cannot be divided into parts.3.
