Tender Details

The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the heating system in the boiler room of the school workshops of the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center in Janow at ul. Biaostocka 22. The scope includes the dismantling of existing devices and installations, delivery and installation of two propane gas condensing boilers along with the system hydraulic, automation, hot water tank cooperating with the existing solar installation, gas installation, detection and security, exhaust gas discharge, electrical installation and finishing works as well as tests, adjustments, commissioning, as-built documentation and staff training. The works will be carried out in used facility. During the period of the offered warranty, the Contractor will provide annual warranty inspections in accordance with the PPU. The detailed scope and requirements are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and the technical description, STWiORB, bill of quantities, projection and diagram of the boiler room. Equivalent solutions are allowed according to the principles of Chapter IV SWZ.
