Reconstruction of GZ Democracy - IV repeated driving The client in building F in the building Malostranské náměstí 6/18, Prague 1 - Malá Strana gastronomy center, which is referred to as "GZ Demokracie" (GZ = gastronomic facility). Currently, the center does not comply requirements for ensuring a full-fledged gastronomic operation (according to the original approval decision from 1996), and it is therefore necessary to rebuild it into a full-fledged restaurant operation with such an assortment range that it parametrically meets the limits for preparation, production, delivery and service of at least 40 guests. The current state and composition of the technological gastro equipment also does not meet the required assortment requirements and the corresponding hygiene standards. The client's goal is to rebuild the restaurant in the Demokracie building so that the new status enables the issuance of a new approval decision. The impossibility of establishing a gas pipeline connection is also a limiting factor for own gastrotechnological equipment. The new technology of gastro operation must be solved exclusively in the electric variant with the maximum effort to use of induction appliances in part of the cooking center (see PROJECT for details). The subject of the public contract is the realization of a new gastroporovozo incl. execution of construction modifications, delivery of gastrotechnology and interior modifications in the restaurant premises according to PROJECT - realization of the work.
