Tender Details

1. The aim of the first stage of the task is to carry out renovation and adaptation works of existing rooms into an apartment for residents, two rooms, including one room with a kitchenette and a sanitary and hygiene room. The apartment will have independent entrance from the outside. In addition, work will be carried out to improve fire safety conditions. by separating the fire-resistant northern staircase, and building a hydrant system with a water supply connection and rebuilding the sewage system sanitary with the liquidation of the sewage tank.2.
