Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the reconstruction of a former kindergarten into a residential building. The scope of works that should be covered by the design and implementation as part of the planned reconstruction: insulation of the ceiling under the attic and roof surfaces of the 1st floor/attic, replacement/supplementation of the roof covering andsheet metal flashings, replacement of internal and external door joinery, thermal renovation of the facade along with insulation of the vertical foundation walls, removal/anchoring of the joints in the external walls (north-eastern and north-west), replacement/repair of the cladding of the external stairs at the main entrance to the building, construction of internal stairs between the ground floor and the 1st floor (change in the number of steps in individual flights, change of the ceiling/platform level, construction of a new ceiling and new steps EI30), reconstruction of hygiene and sanitary rooms, replacement of floor finishes on the 1st floor, reconstruction of the central heating installation. in exchange for heatingelectric heating (radiators or heating mat), reconstruction of water and sewage installations, liquidation of a sewage-free settling tank (backfilling), replacement of rainwater sewage well hoses, reconstruction of electrical installation, alarm installation, construction/renovation of a fence, sanding of parquet floors in the room...
