"Reconstruction, expansion and modernization of the indoor swimming pool along with land development and technical infrastructure at ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 20 and 20a in Stronie Śląskie." The investment includes the demolition of the facilities building belonging to the facility swimming pool and expansion of the connector with a reception function, reconstruction of the bowling alley, reconstruction and expansion of the indoor swimming pool building with a sports and wellness function, and expansion of the swimming pool hall with recreational pools with attractions and a slide. At this stage, I predict complete reconstruction of the existing swimming pool building with the replacement of all installations, replacement of swimming pool technology, new ventilation and heating installations, construction of a new heating center and the use of modern installations allowing for heat recovery from the swimming pool and shower devices. A complete change in the external appearance of the building is also planned - replacement of the facade, woodwork and the shape of the roof parapets at the junction of the old and newly designed parts. The investment task also includes: landscaping at the facility. The need to carry out renovation and modernization works results from the technical expertise, which indicates the poor condition of the facility or the possibility of failure and recommends URGENT INTERVENTION.
