Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the existing stairs of the gate passage leading from the main communication route (from Krakowskie Przedmiecie) to the May Courtyard of the University of Warsaw into stairs with a ramp for people with disabilities.2. Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.3. The description of the Subject of the Order constitutes: Annex No. 1 to SWZ, as well as Technical Documentation constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.4. The contracting authority will apply the reverse procedure, i.e. first examine and evaluate the offers and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in in terms of meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion.
